"I have tried this location on two separate occasions for two different service requests. I have been dissatisfied with the wait times as well as the overall customer service. The team is friendly, but it feels like a lack of empathy for the customer's situation when they make an error. For example, no apologies or any concessions when they misquote timing or have broken an item on my vehicle. A cup of coffee provided or offered would even be an improvement! The incident where they broke a part on my windshield wiper took over a month to resolve with my family having to call to even see if they had orders apart, and remind them several times. The visit where they broke the part, I had taken my car there for an oil change and it was shaking when it was returned. It turned out that they never actually replaced the filter as requested, so thank goodness I went back to my original place and discovered the culprit. Today's situation was real bummer too. I would have happily dropped my car off, but was quoted a really reasonable time to wait near my lunch. It took twice the amount of time, all throughout I continued to get the good 'ol, "only 20 more minutes" which turned into three hours. Now that I've been fooled twice, I will need to take our autos elsewhere."

"Manager Corey was outstanding in the level of customer service he provided. Helped me to get a tire repaired quickly, so I could get home safely. He identified the issue which had caused the tire to fail and how to fix it and a solution to resolve any other issues with the other tires. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and my vehicle was safe to drive for the future. I can safely say I have no problem recommending this shop to family and friends as I know they will get great service and someone who genuinely about there safety."

"In brought my car in for a quick patch. Was told I needed 2 tires. The clerk stated she would order the tires and they would be in the next day (Friday). I stopped by on Friday to get the service done, however my tires were never ordered, and the clerk who helped me no longer worked there. Corey, the store manager, was apologetic and promised the tires would be ordered and delivered on the following Monday. When I brought my car in on Monday, the tires were waiting and my car was serviced at the soonest possible time. Corey was extremely professional and handled the difficult situation in a truly professional manner. I appreciate Mavis tire and the staff for handling this unique situation quickly and professionally. I will continue to bring my cars to Mavis in Brunswick, GA!"

"This Mavis is phenomenal. Customer service is top notch, all the guys I spoke with are very professional and courteous. The prices are great for the work that is done and they have great incentives and warranty programs. I am going to be a lifetime customer here at this store. "Overall great experience. If I could rate 10/5 I would. Melony set a fantastic expectation of timeline for my car to be brought in and repaired. She made it a point to get me taken care of ASAP because I was traveling and went out of her way to make the best customer service possible. Ron did the tire repair very quick and made sure to double check the rest of my tires. The team here did an excellent job on setting reasonable expectations, executing work, and instilling confidence in my car for the rest of my trip!"
