"I just discovered something amazing! I always thought of the academy as a resale or very limited sports store. But I was so wrong!!! This store has a fantastic variety of sports clothing and everyday apparel at great prices. And guess what? If you're looking for a variety of Stanley cups, you must go here!!! We'll be going back. And that's not all – they even have work apparel!! My husband is thrilled with his new Carhart shorts!!"

"I always shop here for my boys sports. Today was a different experience… Lexy behind the customer service counter was extra rude to a customer trying to return an item. When the lady walked away to leave Lexy said, “Jesus Christ” and rolled her eyes. Very poor customer service."

"Largest sporting goods store I've ever been in. Academy is huge. They really do have everything and their prices are excellent. I was looking for a new pair of tennis shoes and was amazed to find 6 well stocked and extremely well organized rows of shoes. Never came in contact with an employee until check out but found two great pairs of shoes for the price I would have paid for one pair at Dick's. Very satisfied with the overall experience and quality of the products purchased."
