"New to Brunswick and we have been hesitating on whether or not to switch doctors and pharmacy's from Augusta as it is a long haul but after going into CVS today to pick up meds for my son, I waited for a good three minutes before someone came and when she did I tried speaking and she looked right at me and ignored me. First thing she said with frustration was, what's the name. I stayed calm and asked her if this was how the customer service was all the time. She said she was busy with other things and I informed her that if me needing my sons medicine was that much of an inconvenience then I would have preferred she not even came to the counter. She then stated she was going to let someone deal with me while another lady with short hair was being just as nasty and making comments. I never spoke rudely to wither of them and even when the pharmacist came up, I tried to ask her what the problem was and she ignored me. I'm like well dang, what a welcome to Golden Isles. I can guarantee you that we won't spend another dime there, business or personal. Worst customer service in Brunswick I have encountered thus far."

"I’ve been using CVS for a couple of years and never had an issue until recently. I take a controlled substance for my ADHD. I’ve taken this pretty much my whole life. When I go and get my medicine filled I don’t want the pharmacist to look down their nose at me or make me feel like a junky. They also huddle up as I approach the counter and it’s obvious there talking about me. My doctor and I have discussed this problem and she says yes she hears it all the time! Whoever decided that you could not pay cash for adderall anymore, needs their head examined! I transferred all my medications out of there and am now using a new pharmacy. Stay in your lane CVS!!!!"

"Awful CVS no customer service. It seems that there has been no training. Corporate needs to be made aware of how rude and down right nasty the entire location is. They seem to take pride in the failing reviews like most businesses would take pride in a positive review. Have worked with CVS for multiple decades before moving to Brunswick GA and the new Jessup location is the worst location I have ever had to deal with. If that was your goal then go ahead and call yourself successful."

"Yeah I called corporate and I plan on calling again till they do a customer service training about this store. There is one polite pharmacist. Also your unwillingness to help me protect my family from controlled substances all bc you have not lived in homes with addicts and children and elderly and cancer patients is appalling. Having locked rx bottles and boxes but only one size medicine bottle so they don’t fit in safes easily is absolutely the reason your corporation is had lawsuits. Your company will print a child’s medicine so it can be taken to school but I’m required to take my whole month of meds all over the world with me. Same with my parents. You have made me a person who could get robbed by a junkie bc of your lack of caring to understand. At what point is someone stealing from me at a job, a hospital or hotel room or just out and about from a week worth of travel your responsibility along with mine when the whole staff acts like trying to split the bottles is so “shady” or something. I don’t understand that anyone would take a paying customer and upset them to the point trying to ask and understand how I can take my needed meds with me and lock away the other half of the month trying to make me feel or look crazy. And to shut the window on me and open your trap about it being the pharmacy discretion. I’ve already mixed my child’s cancer meds up with mine at one point because all your bottles look the same and between the 2 of us we have a lot. So in an effort in safe keeping you insult and demean me why bc I’m getting a control substance. It’s not up to you to decide I’m up to something when I’m actually trying to protect myself and the people I’m responsible for. Shame on the staff here. You have no idea how it is to be exhausted and trying to wade through meds for children and yourself and keep everyone safe. Ps I’ve worked at cvs before and if I was a tech who spoke to customers like that 10 yrs ago we would have been fired."

"Every time I go in there people working are so rude from the beginning!!! I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Not that they will care because my existence is obviously bothering them because they have to spend time trying to not help you. Upfront guy working is rude pharmacy women is RUDE. She literally had my name all wrong and instead of asking again immediately says I have nothing available. I show her my text from yesterday and she said it must have been put back because I didn’t pick it up in time. If you don’t want to work don’t. I’m sure we would all be happier if you just went on food stamps because you obviously don’t want to work!!!! I had to email to even cancel my monthly membership. The app is even LAZY!!! I am moving all my prescriptions so everyone will be happier with one less customer. You’re so welcome"
