"I have been coming to this particular Shell for several years. Today was my last time ever stepping foot in this store. There is a tall black woman who works the overnight shift who is very racist and hateful towards white people. She treated me like I was a criminal and a piece of trash while I was paying for my gasoline. When she handed me my receipt she shoved it toward me but would not look at me or speak to me. She spoke kindly to the woman behind me, who just happened to be black, but she completely ignored me and treated me rudely. Shell has lost my business. I work hard for my money and I will not be treated this way by anyone."
