Soap's Coin Laundry

"I only hope these problems are temporary since recently changed owners/management . I met the new owners briefly( young couple and their child), and they were working late to fix the place when I came to them with my complaints. I was reassured the machines would be fixed and operating normally soon. They offered me a refund since almost every washer was not working correctly. I lost over $40.00 in quarters and detergents due to machines that did not do what was supposed to be done. I never received the refund that was promised because they had no keys for the machines and could not open machines?!? There were no"out of order" signs on any of the machines letting the public know of the malfunctions. After all this my clothes did not get cleaned, they still smelled like the smelly laundry I started with, and my biggest load that cost almost $8.00 to wash for 16 minutes was never washed ... not even hooked up to the water at all!! I wasted hours and money for literally nothing to be accomplished."

"I came in at like 10:38 today 12/8/2023 and put a $10 in the coin machine and it took my money and didn't give me any coins and the light was not on saying it was out of order...to make it worse they don't even have signs to call someone"

"Money changer rip me off $5.00, washer machine rip you and leak. Not to mention the place stinks like sewage. Called number on window, they said they would call someone. Nobody every showed up. Said on the building attendant on duty. No one there. Worst place I have every been. Beware go elsewhere"

"Worst ever. Tiny machines! I spent OVER $40 on laundry tonight. Half the machines were broken. Lost money in some of them and had to have the hassle of moving the clothes to a different dryer. Not a clean place. Good location. No attendant on duty at all. The laundry bag machine is broken. Never going here again."

"Omg. This place is horrendous! We’re new to the area & needed to wash bedding and clothes. Every other front load washer was broken. The washers definitely haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long! Caked up soap on the dispensers so badly that some wouldn’t even open! & the kicker?….one of my socks got caught in between the rubber seal & the door….when I retrieved the sock, there was a chicken bone under the rubber seal!!!! Disgusting! And even tho the sign in the window says “Attendant on Duty”, there was no one the whole time I was there. Absolutely disgusting place. The bathroom was gross too. Never going there again"
