"The place is clean and machines kept repaired but there's been two price increases in less than 6 months for $1.25+ increase per load, the timers on the machines are not accurate, the change machine only accepts 1s and 20s, and I have never once seen an attendent or manager in the building, making the change machine problem even larger."
"The place was clean. My only problem was the attendant took it upon herself to move my laundry. My clothes had just finished and i couldnt get to them because there were children running around playing with the empty laundry carts. When i could finally get to my laundry it had been removed from the washer. I asked why and she informed me that the woman whose children were playing with the carts needed to use the washers i had. Then informed me that they reserve the right to move your laundry. Well i reserve the right to go to another laundromat."

"Update: They did a good job organizing my cloths covering I have no specific instructions. I left a review a week ago concerned about the customer service but it seems the manager sincerely makes sure he can tend his customer. You just might have to call the number on the door to address any concerns. ******************************************** Customer service seems to depend on who's working that day. I turned my laundry for pick up. At first, they did well communicating when it will be ready. When I went for pick up the person was not there during business hours. When I called to inquire, I was tod that they don't know why she is not there but she is now. When I turned back around she still was not there. When she finally strolled in it was nonchalantly with no apology or explanation on why I lost so much time waiting for her. I will give them one more try but I'm not sure if I would ever go to them for service after this."
"I’ve spent many years going to laundry mats in many cities throughout the country…this is the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever been to! There are plenty of washers and dryers, and everything works! The attendant is extremely nice and helpful. This is laundry Heaven, in my humble opinion!"
