"We were a party of 4 staying for 5 days.We had a wonderful stay and were treated very well. The room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast was really good and the kitchen staff super to deal with. There was a snafu with our room reservation that was our fault. The front desk resolved it wonderfully and we couldn't have been happier. I would certainly stay there again."

"I recently started traveling with my husband and have stayed in several hotels over the past few months. This stay here was absolutely great! Tee was the one who made this stay wonderful. She was respectful and very accommodating. I will definitely make this hotel one I will be coming back to when I come this way. Thank you tee for all you do and did for us. "It's in rough shape. Had hot water issues during our stay. Offered a refund at check in to be fair. Room was decent. Half channels didn't work on tv like Disney Jr ect. Didn't bother with Breakfast. Two Elevators only one working. I was surprised how rough this location was compared to the others I've stayed in. Overall it feels dirty."

"Overall I had a wonderful stay!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and many options to choose from. Room was spacious and VERY CLEAN and had everything I needed during my stay. I received cleaning service from housekeeping every other day!! The housekeeping manager Jennifer (read name tag)was very nice and accommodating !! She had a great attitude each time I spoke with her and I could tell that she truly cares for the hotel and the guests!! The only thing I would complain about is that the lobby seemed to be warm each time I went down for breakfast. Other than that I was very pleased and will definitely stay at this hotel again!!"

"Checked in and got to our room and noticed several things that was not cleaned at all. The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splashes on it, the toilet was not clean, the shower had hair and dirt in it and on the outside of it, the sink and microwave had dried food left in them. Went down the the desk attendant and she was nice about it and gave us another room on another floor. It was Cleaner than the one before but still had some issues. Like hair in the shower and broken toilet seat. It's a nice hotel but definitely is not being upketp as it should be. Also the breakfast that was promised by the staff and as advertised was not available, the breakfast was missing majority of the items."
