"We came to Dothan for my birthday weekend and we had a lovely stay here at Residence Inns. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the swimming pool was very nice, they have a basketball court and exercise room. The hot breakfast left a little to be desired but the breakfast host was very pleasant. We will definitely book here again."
"I decided to give Marriott properties a try after always staying in Hilton properties. My first Marriott experience is as follows: Service got two stars only for the kitchen staff and the daytime front desk lady. Very helpful people. Evening and morning front desk seemed to barely know their jobs. Room was blazing hot. AC set as low as it could go and room was still at 78 all day. Location was good. Close to lots to do in Dothan. I probably will not stay at Residence inn again. I will stick with Hilton properties."
"I went with my father and grandfather, I slept on the pullout bed and woke up to find it full of spiders and me covered with spider bites. The coffee was more like brown water, the bed was broken, tv remote didn’t work, deadbolt didn’t work, pool was nasty, and the breakfast was just plain not good. Don’t go here."
"The hotel staff exhibited exceptional professionalism throughout my stay. Jordan always has a smile and pleasant attitude. The hotel is located to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. It is clean and well kept. They were knowledgeable and efficient in handling requests, which contributed to a smooth experience. Moreover, their friendliness was consistently warm and genuine, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Overall, their professionalism and friendliness created a hospitable atmosphere that enhanced my two month stay significantly."
"By far the worst Marriott property I have ever experienced. Roaches and little black bugs on the counter top in kitchen. Dried urine on bathroom floor from previous guest/s and generally poor housekeeping gave the room a horrible smell. Missing utensils in kitchen, TV/remote stopped working and nothing was done when reported. Breakfast served too late, at 6:30 most people have to be at work... Angel, the night shift front desk man was awesome and his talents are being wasted at a place like this."
