"Extremely unprofessional I have been waiting for weeks for parts to come in. Called to find out the status. Turns out my parts had been there for over a week and no one could bother to let me know... When I asked what happened and why haven't I been called the girl on the phone said. "Don't know, Not my ticket, Not my problem." Absolutely disgusting level of disrespect. Nothing but a waste of time and money. Save yours and avoid this group. Update: took the parts I purchased to another dealership and the second dealership informed me that I never needed the parts or work Solomon Chevrolet said I needed..."

"Great experience other than the waiting without update. I had a 7:30 am appointment. No explanations or contact until I questioned the long wait. At 10:30 am I was told my car qualified for recall, and they already installed the parts. What I liked about the service area was the interactions between employees. They seemed to be actually enjoying each other but still professional and efficient. Each customer was treated well when explaining car problems, giving options, and they listened! I will definitely recommend and used again. Thank you to a great team!"
