"Today is my birthday. I went I to ulta wanting to get my ears pierced and help finding a foundation. Older and having a time finding a foundation that works well with old skin. The young lady that welcomed me, my cousin and elderly mother,referred us to another sales person. She said to make appointment in the back at the salon to get ears pierced and then she would get someone to help us with foundation. After ears were pierced we went to make up table and waited. No one came, 4 associates were not helping anyone. So after a spell we checked out. The cashier was the same woman I asked about foundation..... she said nothing about me not having foundation, nor asked me if I was helped, nor did I find everything I needed. I won't be back. I'd rather pay more for service elsewhere. Happy birthday to me."
