"If you are hankering for a good tender flavorful steak, you will be doing yourself a disservice not going here. I had the surf and turf. 8 oz. NY strip and fried shrimp (offered grilled, blackened or boiled as well). Usually you get 6-8 shrimp. I got a mountain of the best shrimp I've ever had. Very lightly coated and tender. The steak was delicious . You DO NOT need steak sauce! If you put sauce on these steaks you're committing a crime. Service was excellent. Quaint atmosphere. Look this place up for other menu offerings."

"Just moved to Darien, first time here. Awesome restaurant right in town which is very popular with the locals. Service incredibly friendly and professional, I ordered the chicken Parmesan and NY strip dinners with pasta, salad, baked potato and salad. Excellent meals at reasonable prices. I heard the pizza is excellent. My short time there I spoke with some great people. Big thanks!"

"We were on a road trip and stopped in for lunch. This place is very pricey but it smelled good when I entered so I ordered anyway. That food is worth every dime. That fish sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the crunch on the crust was everything! They give you LARGE portions. The food was prepared fresh and given to me hot. If I lived closer I’d be a regular! They offer a buffet if you have time to spend with them."

"The food is delicious. I had hamburger steak, baked potato, and salad. Very good. My party also ordered surf and turf and blackened shrimp. They loved the shrimp but said steak wasn't that good. The fried shrimp is the best shrimp I've ever eaten anywhere. So fresh. Portions are large. The staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this place."
