"A bug was floating in my child's orange juice. No apology was given, the girl looked at me and rudely said what do you want me to do; make another one?! It's 8/25/2024 at 7 a.m. The bathroom was horrific and smelled of urine. Do not stop here, horrible conditions."

"Rude! Walked In at 10:35pm.. they moaned and groaned while we placed our own order. Excessively yelled out our number for our drinks. Took over 20 mins to get our food that was in bags even though we selected dine in and again excessively yelled our number while being the only customers in the place. Food was cold, waste of time and money. If you hate your job so much why not quit and stop with the bad service?"

"I stopped here, and the service was exceptionally quick. The lady at the drive-thru accurately understood my order with all its special requests and was very prompt. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the guy was patient, friendly, and funny. They brought the food to my vehicle and remained very friendly. The food was hot and exactly as ordered. What a great experience!"

"beautiful souls work up in here. My husband and I stopped in on our way to NY. And the ladies and crew were just so nice and helpful and kind. Felt at home. They said the apple pie would take a long time so they hooked us up with cookies instead. Thank you Georgia for the Southern Hospitality."

"Miserable! Restrooms moderately clean. But the service was simply awful!! All I wanted was an iced coffee. I waited for several minutes at the register to order. No one came. So I ordered on the kiosk. No one came to the counter with my order. THEN, they tasked the woman who had just been cleaning the restroom to make my drink, WHICH she did not know how to do!!! When my drunk was finally served, it was terrible, and it went straight into the trash. If it hadn't already taken so much of my time, I would have asked for the drink to be remade or a refund. But frankly, it wasn't worth the time I feared I would have to give to get my 3 bucks back. I don't expect the red carpet treatment, but I do expect to be greeted at the counter within a reasonable amount of time, have my order taken and filled quickly, and have that order be made correctly. This was a failure on every front of the staff at this location."
