"Go thru drive thru and wait almost 10 minutes from speaker to second window. Get my order and I was missing a MC double only ketchup, not a big deal so you walk away and come back with a bag. I pull off and see it made wrong. I walk inside and stand at your counter holding the burger out with my recite and you just ignore me. Look at me and pretend I'm not there. I waited a couple minutes before I started this video. I started it after your employee in yellow walked past me twice and acted like I wasn't there. And you wonder why people give you attitude. You suck at your job and should be fired. Can't put whole video here so will post on YouTube"

"On 06/08/2024 at approximately 10:00-10:15 i visited this locations drive thru. I sat at the speaker for about 15 minutes. I had to pull to the window to place my order. Upon giving my order. I was told if i had anything larger than a $20 bill. Don't expect any change back. As I'm waiting for my food. I witness staff members working behind the counter dealing with food with their pants so below his waist. I could see his entire boxers. Once i reached home. I called the locations asking to speak with a manager. The manager proceeded to get on the phone with attitude when asked his name. I then proceeded to ask what manager should i call in the next day and ask for. He proceeded to tell me i would have to call in and see... Not only am i very disappointed with the services provided. I am also disappointed this is the type of customer service and behavior that is allowed in such a beautiful respected town."

"The whole point of paying extra for more tartar sauce (no discount for removing the cheese though!) was due to the additional fillet that I did NOT get. Now I just have a $7 tartar sauce sandwich with a little fish. I stopped going for months because of constant issues like this and the owners DO NOT CARE! I've reached out before, received communications from corporate telling me they're passing on the info to the store but of course that's where it ends. Every once in awhile they have an awesome team working and the service/food are great! But I'm sure they are neither treated nor paid fairly and leave at the first opportunity. Going out to eat should be an occasional treat, but if you choose to go here, expect nothing but disappointment."
