"Recently got a room here and it was a mess. I went to go extend my stay and they almost paid it to the wrong room. Came back on another day and they put me on a DNR list for a room I didn’t check into. Shift changes are taking about an hour and a half. This place needs structure."

"So when have y’all started putting pre authorized holds on debit cards ? I get a room every weekend there and never been double charge and when I called and talked to the lady about it she got rude wanted to argue and hung up in my face hmmmmmm how many other people are yu going that too???"
