"Worst Taco Bell experience ever. We went on the second night of opening so I expected it to be rough. I never imagined it would be this bad. We spent $55 and every single item was almost inedible. All the beef was absolutely dripping with grease and made everything soggy. The two crunchwraps were burnt on both sides. The cheesy gordita crunch's had less stuff inside than regular soft tacos. The cashier shorted me $4 on my change and when I corrected her, she gave me $5 in change, which I had to correct her again. I really hope they get all the kinks worked out because we've been looking forward to this location opening for a long time."

"I love Taco Bell and I’m super excited to finally have one so much closer than having to drive to the island. Also how is someone going to give a place 1 star because he saw a cricket. Kinda ridiculous. Plus he’s trying to lie and call it a cockroach. Definitely don’t think that warranted a 1 star review"

"My food was done quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. Well done, guys! Also, I'd like to point out that the review from John Able is at least partially incorrect. I can't speak to their experience with not getting all of their food, because I was not there, but what I can do is point out that the bug they took a picture of is a cricket, not a cockroach. I'm not sure how one would confuse the 2, but damaging a new store's reputation with lies 2 days after they've opened isn't really cool."

"I was just in the drive-thru with my family and we had ordered quite a bit. When we get our food we were missing about half of it; nachos, 2 cheese dips, avocado ranch, and crunchy tacos. We go inside and my daughter sees a cockroach crawling around. I ask an employee for avocado ranch and they bring out avocado salsa, twice, and we have to complain multiple times for us to get the rest of our order as well. For only being open 2 days, I am highly disappointed and I wish I could say I would come again but there are bugs day 2 of opening?? And the employees just didn’t know what was happening."
