"I live 2 hours away but....I travel through here often for work. I stopped here a year ago and the young man was so courteous and nice. Today, I stopped in again and....it wasn't just a fluke...! This time, Jason went above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I very much appreciate and salute this store for making an excellent, longlasting impression and representing Firehouse in a way that should make them very proud!!"
"The food is good if you like firehouse, the service was great, but the restroom was disgusting. I would've given it 5 stars but the restroom being filthy was a big deal for me."
"This is the worst place ever. Tried 3 different times each time is worse. They either mess your orders up, don’t make your order, or just plain rude. I know all I get is an automated sorry response. Trying to talk to manger there I got an attitude and snappy with me. I will no longer do business or try another order from them for our hospital. It’s funny they praise themselves on helping firefighters and first responders and then we get treated like dirt. Thank you Firehouse for the let down."
