"I don't understand this Wendy's they always have a problem with the drive-thru. They only take one order at a time and make you sit there until they complete that order and the car is driving off. And sometimes they completely close the drive- thru and make you come into the lobby."

"It isnt often that a Wendy's disappoints but this location dropped the ball on my multiple orders. My chicken wrap was more tortilla than anything else and i took two bites before i gave up. My moms burger was completely cold, the cheese not melted and the meat not warm at all and when we asked for a reheat they're fused to take it back until my dad spoke to them. The manager tried to claim the meat just came off the grill despite being shown how cold the meat was and was hesitant to either reheat or make another.The person taking orders and handing out the food didnt listen well and had a constant look of confusion on their face, and their customer service was just not well. They hardly spoke at all."
"S L O W E S T service ever. Everyone seems hypnotized into super slow motion. It took 35 minutes to get through a line of 3 and get our food. THATS NOT FAST FOOD I can go to Denny’s and eat in that time…. Holy cow! Maybe pass out some Red Bull or Mellow Yellow for goodness sakes… The food was good and it’s clean it’s just in slow motion for some reason. Filling one order from beginning to end at a time with 6 employees present."
"Dining area was fairly clean. Food was hot and made to typical Wendy’s standard. Soda machine was not functional for ice (ice blockage) so the teller had to fill drink order from drive through machine which was not a huge deal but made a refill more time consuming having to wait in line again. Kitchen area looked a little on the messy side."
