"I tried the BBQ Cuban this time and it was pretty good, but I think the best sandwich is their Pizza meatball sub. It's very good. I do want to mention that the service was fast. Hardly any wait time. And inside the restaurant was clean. The employees did a good job. I live in Nassau County and I drive to this location to eat, because the service is way better than the one that is close to where I live."
"The overall atmosphere was pretty quiet, we were the only two in there. My sub was ok, it was just super drowned in Italian dressing. My fiancé found a hair in his food, which just totally ruined the food.. nauseating honestly."

"Overall the store is clean and neat, the subs we ordered were well made. One issue Firehouse Subs need a to address is that they give 1st responders a discount but not military service personnel and King Bay Naval Base is right down the street standing by and ready to defend all Americans not just local Americans, our service should be just as appreciative as First Responders who also do a great job."
