"This is THE WORST Wendy's I've been to in this area. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order or they take an EXTREMELY LONG time to get me my order. I just came from there today and they gave me diced grilled chicken instead of the substitute classic chicken! Please, if you value your customer experience and if you want to feel heard and considered, THIS Wendy's IS NOT the place for it, you're better off going to another one, even if it is 10 miles away."

"Order my food at 7:35 pm and it's now 7:57 pm. Simple combo meal and still no food. Ask for a refund and the lady idk maybe she doesn't know how to use a register. Couldn't figure that out either. Don't waste your time if your in a hurry. And these fast foods want a raise? It's fast food. Order up get it out. Not run into each other and talk about what you doing later. Like a mile long. There's only 3 of us. Why? I can count. There's 5 of you. Get a system. Or go work at the local Laundromat."

"Clearly a lack of management at this store. Came in around 2:30 they were steady not busy or swamped with customers. That said it took 23 minutes to get my burger and fries. I watched my sandwich sit for 16 minutes after it was made. The poor boy running the fryers doesn't have a clue. When you have 5 orders on the screen and 5 people in line maybe drop some fries. After the girl taking orders who is also expected to run the whole front counter including bagging and hanging it out while the fryer boy stands there and looks at a screen got around to my burger fresh fries had just come up and she proceeds to hand me 20 min old soggy fries!! I normally don't cause a fuss. I know good help is hard to find and I've worked fast food for years but this squarely lays on the shoulders of lack of training or help from management which I never saw a manager the 23ish minutes I was in the store while it drowned."

"If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would. I stopped at this location 01/25 at 09:50 a.m. and purchased breakfast totaling $16.14. My order (the problem) was the chicken biscuit combo with a large tea…fry’s were cold but my biscuit wrapper was hot so I wasn’t going to complain. Being a truck driver, I left location, got 2 miles up road…bit into my sandwich only to find out that this sandwich was raw and undercooked on the inside. Breading was brown/hot and the biscuits was hot. I called the number listed on the website only to be told it’s not a working number. Called corporate office in Columbus Ga to report this issue and send pictures, report was suppose to be taken and rep was suppose to call me back, which did not happen…imagine swallowing uncooked chicken and scared to deaf of catching salmonella or some other type of food-borne illness due to the incompetence of overworked and underpaid staff members who pulls chicken or any food item too fast just to get people out of the location. Are people health not a priority anymore…? I’m more disappointed in corporate for not taking my complaint/concern seriously than the establishment that sent out that undercooked food! I didn’t ask for my money back because my husband’s order was good and I know mistakes happen but at what point do you not take customers complaints serious. If there was a space for me to upload images…I would,l. Since it’s not, I’ll go to google reviews and leave this same comment with pictures available! I will never eat at this location again and ya’ll can keep my money! Gratification is making other consumers aware to check your food before you leave out of the store…especially truck drivers!"
