McDonald's

"I went there tonight to grab some food. I went to the drive through. I was in the outside lane. The girl taking orders in the drive through. Let 2 cars in the Bethlehem. Go before she asked me what my order was. I ordered a 20 piece mcnugget meal. She said would you like that medium or large? And I said large, she said OK pull up to the window and pull out the window. I paid and I get to the food window and they hand me one box of 20 peace mcnuggets, no fries, no shoulder. So I asked him where the food was and he told me. Oh, we don't have 20 piece mcnugget. Meals all you ordered was 20 piece of magnets so I asked him I told the girl I wanted to die Coke, I told the girl I wanted a large. At what point was she gonna tell me that they don't have? What I ordered the smart thing would be to say. I can give you a 10 piece smelled and then add another 10 piece box to that order. But she didn't do. That's why I ended up going next door to Burger King to get my soda and my Frie say I could go home. And feed 2 people. I understand if you don't have something somebody orders, but you have to let them know not telling them is incompetence."

"Let's be honest, when you go to McDonald's, you expect there to be a problem or rude staff or something. It's what it is. I came here tonight and made a special order. It came out HOT, it came out with speed and staff was nice. Restaurant was CLEAN! This McDonald's stands out above the average. Thanks McDs. 5Star!"

"Ordered 2 mcdoubles without pickle and onion. Came in the store and ordered in person. It took 28 minutes for my food, when I got it, fries were cold and even though special order slip was on the sandwich they didn't leave off the pickle and onion. They had ten employees working."

"I ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals in the drive thru and I was missing one box of nuggets, so I went inside with my receipt and explained what happened just for the red headed manager to argue with me about it. Told me they were in the bag when I got it when in fact they were NOT. She was very rude and unprofessional especially for being a manager. Poor service and a very poor attitude. Was mocking me the entire time I was waiting for my missing nuggets. I hope she has a better day than she was having today."

"Went there 2 days ago got half my Big Mac, I called that same night and was told to come back in and they told me they will get me a new one. I come in tonight they tell me they will not be replacing my sandwich. As a manager at another fast food restaurant this shouldnt be how things are ran and I’m highly disappointed."
