"I like the community and I like how the trailers aren’t drafty during the colder season. I also like that they’re trying to improve “the look” of the trailer park. They’ve been working on the kid park since I’ve been here (it’s almost been a year now). This is why I gave it two stars. They’re “trying”. What I don’t respect about this group is that they will not work with you for any reason at all. There’s not even a grace period on paying rent, so if I don’t get paid but every two weeks, there will be times I might have to pay a $100 late fee bc I get paid later than the 5th. Anything can happen at any moment, and no matter if you’re a great tenant or not, they will threaten eviction at the drop of a dime (within 30days). My mother just recently passed and I’m late on rent, I was told this is a business and eviction will begin 30 days after my rent was due bc I missed ONE payment due to me having to leave town to bury my mom. Had to miss work in order to travel and grieve with my family. So naturally my check was short. Even offered to show proof of documents (obituary and checkstub) Their system won’t even accept the money I have for rent to keep from being further behind, it makes me feel they’re refusing any sort of payment that I do have to give them to keep from being evicted. Then another thing, They have to inspect the home every single 90days?? That’s 4 times a year someone else is in my home. That’s too excessive for me or for any tenant at that matter. Why does any renter need to enter the home for inspection THAT MANY TIMES IN A YEAR? I’ve rented several different places in Alabama and by far this is the worst management company or renter I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Currently waiting on this year lease to be up. I don’t recommend this management group to anyone who is “renting”. Please find another person to deal with when renting."

"Property management was Horrible ofcourse! Ha ha whatever the property manger at the time. Got mad cause we didn’t say hey to him, while in the middle of a sell! An tried his hardest to evict after off his ego being hurt ! Anywho beware of theses predators. Seen em prey on multiple peoples down fall!"

"Ms Katrida is the best. Helpful in any and every way possible. Very easy to communicate with, rather via phone or email. Pretty decent property. Mostly new homes, clean and quiet. Close to most convenient places."

"Good place to rent from . Park has been under new management and they have brought In new homes, paved the streets, and also putting in parking pads for each home. The lot rent here is reasonable and lots are big that you are not crammed on your neighbors. Good people in the subdivision and safe place to rent or bring In your on home . Angel and katidra are the leasing agents for Cayman Bay and Bel Air located on Napier Field Rd in Dothan. Give them a call so they can get you into one of their rentals or lease you a place to place your home on."
