"Former Equinox/Fly Wheel/Soul Cycle/Exhale person so my standards are HIGH and this place has met them! First, the facility is modern, bright, extremely clean clean and inviting. Boarhouse smoothie shop has a great menu - toasts are so good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. After one class they all knew my name. Vibe is not intimidating - everybody is doing their own thing in the dim light - there are rowers and riders of a variety of ages and fitness levels and body types. Yet the Classes are challenging! I love that you can level up and max out with bigger weights/more rounds/lower splits if you're feeling it, but scale it back with no pressure if you're off an injury/coming back from baby/having an off day. The workout room has high ceilings, good ventilation, fun lighting and nice equipment. Compared to area spin studios I've tried, the value is the best. Instructors are upbeat, friendly, energetic and welcoming. So grateful I found this studio!"
