"Writing this for my dad (lol) I had a mix up at the Dedham store and they forgot an alarm on a pair of pants. They were awesome too and so living closer to Hanover I went to the store with my receipt to see if they could remove it for me. Unfortunately we had to do a return Mickey went out of his way to go to the Dedham store to make the switch personally. Then he had the new pair sent directly to my house with a very nice note. This company is so lucky to have such an awesome associate working for them. Keep it up Mickey I’ll be back !"

"Awesome experience! Ask for Thomas! My husband and I were shopping for some news basics for his wardrobe. He is on the cusp of mainstream sizes so we decided to check out “ Big and Tall”. We had not been in this type of store before and we were very pleasantly surprised! Not only was the store very organized and inviting, but the selection well exceeded our expectations! My husband even found some great golf finds! We were unaware of the brands they sold such as Lucky and Vineyard Vines. For post holiday season the selection really was great and we snagged some great clearance pieces as well. It was a great shopping experience and the staff was super helpful also. My husband typically hates shopping but even he has a good time. We will definitely be back. Also, GREAT active wear section with some great brands! Props to you DXL! You guys bring your A game."

"I hate clothes shopping, nothing ever fits and i always feel like garbage putting on and then taking off 20 different things hoping that at least something fits right, either too long, too narrow, too wide the works. Jeff was able to look at me and get a perfect fitting pair of jeans on me within 5 minutes of walking in. I swear these jeans just boosted my self confidence by a huge amount. If you're a bigger guy and can never find things that fit, COME HERE!!!"

I went into the Hanover location looking for two pairs of work pants and possibly some really comfortable shoes and I found exactly what I was looking for. Mickey was able to show me what I needed just by looking at me "as far as size goes". Extremely professional I was blown away honestly.
