"We waited over an hour in 97 degree temperatures in our car for what was an emergency visit. Unfortunately my pet passed in the back seat before they would help him over the rainbow bridge. All because he needed an X-ray and the machine was down?? Unnecessary treatment for a 14 year old dying pet. Complete lack of concern. I won’t go back."
"Been using this vet for both of my babies since we got them. But I will never be back. They basically gave up on my baby I fell like all because I wanted to make sure I’ve done everything for I could before I just put him to sleep. So he agreed to try something. And it seem to make things worse when I got a second opinion. Just like I thought he was basically killing my baby slowly. Thank god for second opinions. As bad as I hate I will never ever step foot back into this place. I’ve noticed over the past few years they have lost all compassion they once had. And the prices have doubled and even tripled. Which I didn’t even mine paying. Especially if you’re getting good services and it means my babies are in good hands. But at this point something has went wrong somewhere."
