McDonald's

"Okay so let's be honest if we can. When going out to eat at a fast food restaurant you are eating fast food, I'm not expecting a fine dining experience at McDonald's but I do expect courteous staff, good food and cleanliness. On my trip to McDonald's the other day I went through the drive thru my total was $9.73, I handed the cashier $20 at the first window and she handed me the paper change folded up in the receipt and the cents on top, I put the change in my center console not thinking of counting the money, that was my mistake. A little over an hr later I get to my destination pull the receipt with the money folded in it, to put it into my wallet when I unfold the receipt and money there is $5 missing. I call the McDonald's and ask to speak to the manager the woman who answers states I am one, I said you are a manager, she says yes, I tell her what happened and she says she will count the drawer and call me after she does so. I'm thinking she means right then so I wait 3 hours and since I didnt hear anything I call back, same woman answers and I confirm it is the same woman I spoke to earlier, she states she hasn't counted it yet and will do so after 4 pm and call me. I never got a call from the manager who stated she would call me after counting the drawer. You can come to your own conclusion, my mistake was not counting my change, their mistakes are too many to count."

"Several employees saw me. But wouldn't come over. They kept hollering a name, but I knew she was on break. It was nice they didn't have the kiosk. Food was good. & When she came off break, she was very nice."

"Rolled up to window and received half our order, they then asked us what else we were waiting on and proceed to push us forward to fill the remainder of the order. And of course, they forget part of the order. Never change golden arches."

"Two days in a row i ordered food for my lunch from here with extra patties. The other day was 3 mcchickens with an extra patty and today a quarterpounder (6000 point reward) with extra patty. Two days in a row they have failed to give me the extra patty. I guess i should have opened up all the food since clearly this McDonald's can't help but screw me over and steal my money. I can accept an occasional mistake. But either someone is doing a bad job or this mcdonalds is badly ran."

"This location is always nasty . Bathrooms ad dining area is gross. Foods either cold. Or your orders wrong. Food prep area behind the counter is disgusting. And to top it all off the staff is rude. Plus you hear nothing but cussing coming from behind the counter. Almost every time I'm here there's atleast 1 employee behind the counter eating while they serve and prepare food. If you can help it. Avoid this location at all cost. This location is by far one of the worst ones I've ever been to ."
