"I recently took my 2024 Nissan Frontier into Vaden Chevrolet for its initial service. I purchased the truck in Savannah and was given the option of going local vs driving back to Savannah. The staff at Vaden Chevrolet was outstanding. They get five stars. However, my truck was returned to me with black grease streaks on both sides of the truck and some kind of white gunk on the drivers side arm rest. This was unacceptable. The service attendant needs to be more aware of what they leave behind and cleanup what mess they make. Other than this, the service was done well and to my satisfaction. Just need to make sure the vehicle is returned without grease and other substances both inside and out."

"I was starting out on a trip and had an issue with a tire on a vehicle I had recently purchased at Vaden Chevrolet of Brunswick. I stopped in and Kaitlyn immediately took care of the situation and also determined that there was a recall item on the vehicle, and had that fixed as well, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, fast and efficient and was so professional with a wonderful personality and willingness to do whatever was necessary to correct any issues with the vehicle and to insure I had a safe trip. "I had a miss when accelerating in my 2013 truck. Allen and his group diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. However, this led to yet another problem. After working with Allen and the Service Director, Mark; I ended up with an entire new motor completely covered under warranty.
