"Moved to Brunswick a few years ago with a car I purchased out west and I desperately needed some front tires asap as in it was a safety issue. A friend put me in touch with the service department at Vaden Cadillac and they were so amazingly accommodating and competent you would have thought I had purchased every car I’ve ever owned on property. Specifically, Brittany Hood quickly and fairly quoted me, had the tires overnighted in, and set a priority appointment for install. Despite the service department being very busy that day I was given an accurate time for delivery it was amazing. "This is the worste experience I ever had with a michanic shop!!! I take my car in they suggest all this stuff to fix a wobble. 1500 later I get my car it's worse off so I'm told to bring it back. I do. Now I'm told I need a axel cuz it's spraying grease everywhere. This axel is rite above a part they replaced. They busted the boot that caused the leak. So I say do the axel. I get my car back 600 later and it's even worse off. My steering wheel is leaning. It don't feel safe to drive. Now mind you they said they ordered and changed my axel in two days. But as you can see in the pictures. They took my axel off. Sat in my passenger seat and got grease all over my car while they only changed the boot on the axel and put it back on. The next week cadilac calls and days my axel is there when can I bring it in? Like really? You can even see in the pic the dent where they sat the end of my Old axel in my door way and denten my silver cadilac plate. ANGELA HARDEN YOU ARE A CROOK!!! I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT!!!"
