"I’m not who the guy was that I spoke with yesterday but he was absolutely amazing. He made sure that I didn’t have to make unnecessary trips just to keep the car. He accommodated me at every point. We had rented for a year 3 years ago and loved them. Now we’re renting again and if the two employees that I’ve spoken with are the same ones when I go back in, I’ll continue to support. "I will continue to rent from Savannah car rentals. My latest rental was for the weekend of Presidents Day. I did have a little bump as the customer service rep called me and said they couldn’t fulfill my reservation. I was upset but the rep was able to find me another vehicle at their other location and I was able to pick up my rental in Hinesville. I did not have to go to their other location and I was happy about that. Because customer service rep went out of her way to find me a rental and fulfill my reservation, my family and I had a great time in NC. Thank you Savannah Car Rentals."

"***EVERYONE BEWARE RENTING CARS FROM SHONNA at the Hinesville location*** I have rented here for more than a year with no problem, The Hinesville location has an untrained, rude woman answering the phones and providing false information. She doesn't allow you to speak, speaks over you and when she cannot blurt out her information she hangs up the phone. She has placed us on a no rent list after she took our deposit. I have contacted the Hinesville police station to look into the matter but EVEYONE please be careful with this woman that works at the Hinesville location. Please be sure to look and review the documents before she takes the money from your account. **I rent the cars to go see my sick father, this is the last problem I need to add to my plate. Everyone please beware this rental location WORST experience of my life. **"

I was hearing a noise with one vehicle they told me to bring it back and the changed me out no problem. I needed to extend my rental all I had to do was call and they took care of me.
