"Zero would be my rating but they don't give that option. They charged $623.00 to install 4 $80.00 tires ($320.00) and refused to do the two front tires without buying all 4. Then wouldn't change any tires unless we paid for a stud and lugnut because one was broken. Law says one can be. Don't ever go there!!! Scam Artists!"
