"One. Hour. Too answer. The phone. Before 10am rediclious"
"They have dropped the ball on referrals and getting me to the specialist I need to see. Today I called to make an appointment and was treated VERY poorly by reception. They claimed they couldn't make me an appointment because it wasn't within a 4 day window? I work...how does anyone have a 4 day window. The receptionist when I was trying to get information decided she didn't want to continue and HUNG UP ON ME. I was nothing more than a concerned patient not understanding why I can't make an appointment to see ANYONE over a growing lump. I'm switching practices over this. And if you choose here, I've had 3 yearly physicals, every time they say someone from dermatology or elsewhere will contact me. Never have. You won't get the help you need here."

"Obviously lot's of doctor offices & a pharmacy. Pleasant & nice people. Only had negative interaction with 2 pharmacy customers & someone else actually came to my aid which was nice. The pharmacy itself is awesome & delivery to Quincy & some surrounding areas"
