"Terrible customer service, it’s almost like the employees don’t know what they are doing. I have visited this office a few times in order to complete my husbands immigration medical records and they over charged, didn’t even do one single medical test on him. They sent us on a goose chase and at the end charged us over $500 just to have the doctors name on the medical records. This morning we walked in the office and the door was wide open, and there was no one at the front desk to assist us for about 20 minutes. Also, his receptionists do not give clear information or correct information for that matter."
