"People nodding out on stairs. People drinking alcohol on site. The old grumpy racist bus driver on number 2 north main street. He is awful and very rude. He was taking his break it was very cold out. Usually the bus drivers let those waiting go on the bus then the driver will take their break. He let old people stand outside the bus for 15 minutes while he took his break. He clearly shows he does not like his job and should be fired. Bus drivers should give you a welcoming experience. He is just completely arrogant and ignorant."

"The Fall River SRTA terminal is neat and generally clean. The bathrooms could use a little work. Buses usually run on time. I ride back and forth between new Bedford and fall river regularly and I appreciate the placement of the terminal as everything I need is within walking distance of the terminal."

"Quick, easy, on time at stops + terminal ★ RARELY NOT on time to the MINUTE «be reasonable & give a couple minutes MAX either way» Most buses are not very crowded as they do their best to accommodate with schedule changes, adding busses, etc... In addition to safety precautions for covid and the disabled/handicapped, most drivers are pleasant/friendly plus always helpful (will answer any of your questions or direct you to someone else who can at that time if they are unable to for various reasons). Just use common sense/courtesy/be respectful· try understanding drivers/their job serving you; as they don't control anyone else or any surprise conditions on the road. ★GET ONE★ Having a CHARLIE CARD is one of best things they've ever added to their system, making it cash-free and contact-free payment (Discounts available for students, disabled and elderly as well as on demand pick up by a smaller vehicle for those who qualify). See person inside Terminal at customer service desk {inside Terminal doors then go to the left side of the far left end of the terminal}. They will provide you with all the details as well as any paperwork you will need. I do feel that the majority of buses should run later and that they should add (or maybe extend) a couple routes to some places in the city they currently do not have any service. They did make some alterations Overall it is not a horrid experience to avoid like it is in many other cities around the country. Full price fares are $1 right now when paying on the bus but website says .75¢ if using charlie card (includes a free transfer to any other bus number for 1 hour).
