"Drove 700 miles from St. Louis to Georgia to visit family. Saw a lifted grand Cherokee in this lot that I had to have. Traded my car for the grand Cherokee. Ramon stayed til 6pm to make sure I could go back to St. Louis, Missouri driving in style. Lem the sales manager hurried to run my credit and get me approved before 4pm on a SATURDAY when I arrived at 330pm. I had a sensor go bad when I got back to St. Louis. Called G&s and they paid a shop in St. Louis to get me right again. Made a loyal customer out of me for that! Hannah the office lady, thank you for being patient with me sending y’all my title to the vehicle you bought from me. Buying a vehicle from 700 miles away was no problem at this dealership. I’ll be back to buy me a diesel truck in a few years from Ramon! I’ve put on over 8k miles since buying."

"Contacted Ramon thursday within 1hours on a truck being advertised on fb. We talked about being out of state purchasing this vehicle I told him I want the truck he said you can put a deposit on it i said i will if need be just let me know, That night i got approved for the loan the next day I called and talked to Ramon and told him I got approved he said we have a problem the truck is in the shop the ac isn't blowing cold and has a big oil leak. He said Mrs. Sheila will call me i said great Sheila called me and told me it had a bad oil leak and it will fixed but give her time she's not sure when it will be fixed. I said no problem on Friday, friday evening I asked for a update on time with the response truck is in the shop. Saturday i send a message to Ramon to ask if there was a update so I can arrange time to meet the driver and go over legistics no response, Sunday no response now Monday still no response until the vehicle says SOLD. Called Ramon he said someone put a deposit on it I said I had no problem doing so I told you I wanted the truck I wouldn't have jumped through hoops to get approved if I didn't he said he was very sorry but was nothing he can do. NO COMMUNICATIONS once so ever i was just a number on to the next thats not the way I do business quality over quantity."
