"Really Sad. I bought a 2021 from Trey, brand new. 2nd purchase from them. They delivered it with a broken glove box button and the door didn't close correctly. I texted him right away. They mailed me a new button. They just blew me off and never did anything about the door. It was poorly put on. Colby, who delivered, just acted annoyed about the whole situation and offered nothing to help."
"I bought a Vermeer hay baler from these guys and I can't say enough about how great their service is and what an inviting comfortable atmosphere this company has. They treat you like a friend and are willing to go the extra mile for you. This is my 3rd Vermeer baler that has given great service. These guys test all equipment in the field before selling so you will be sure to get a field ready machine. The owners are farmers also so they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. You can call them anytime and get help in the field if needed."

"They didn’t have the parts in stock they said they did I drove an hour to get there they sell me that dirty demo unit and when I asked about a discount because it’s dirty and not new I was told maybe I should’ve bought it from the place where I bought the machine. But they were kind enough to tell me they weren’t going to charge me for pulling that dirty ass top off of the demo unit. But now I know unless I buy the machine from there my business is not welcome."
