"Wheel bearing failed while driving, and the wheel fell apart on the highway due to over tensioned hub. Outside of warranty period, but lightly used trailer with less than 500 miles and never pulled over 60 mph and never overloaded. Down to Earth says "hands are tied"... Nope...doing the right thing is not limited to 1 year. It's sad when organizations hide behind policy to avoid a few hundred dollars of payout."

"All I can say is run. If I could put a 0 for there review I would. The quality and craftsmanship of the trailer is a 0 brand new trailer paint peeling and rust coming through the paint only had the trailer for 3 months. They took trailer back to factory and the spray painted over the rust and you can see spots all over the trailer. When you call the company you have to call them non stop to get any answers. They say they can do nothing else. Horrible company and product"

"I purchased a utility trailer from my local dealership in Spring of 2022. I used it once a week in the summer with no issues. I used it last week to bring an old stove to the local transfer station. When I got home I noticed 90% of the paint on the wheel fenders was gone. Upon further inspection I noticed the metal had 0 prepared work. Completely smooth and 0 primer. Pretty awful you spend all that money on a trailer for the manufacturer to skip out on simple body work. I will never purchase anything else from down to earth."
