"My experience at G&S has not been the best so far. Have had to return the truck I purchased on 2 or more occasions for corrected issues with the truck. Have had rentals that were given to me to drive that were not in the best shape. Some unanswered questions about concerns that I have. Really don't know if I'm going to be happy with the vehicle or not but going to at least give it a chance. Would really like to speak with Woody himself."

"Rented a Nissan Rogue because that’s the “ biggest vehicle” they had to offer. The same day the car was rented out, it would not start due to the key or car battery dying. The staff was notified that same afternoon, and waited until the next morning 45 minutes after they have opened to have the rental vehicle picked up from where it was broke down. Terrible rental service, and I believed no one could be worse than Enterprise, but I was clearly wrong."
