"Just keeps getting more and more expensive each year. Hardly do any maintenance in order to justify the costs of lot rent. Went from 250 a month to 375… these aren’t luxury lots. It’s also very hard to get ahold of the manager Update: They went up AGAIN on lot rent and now they want you to pay 50$ IF you want them to cut your grass?? 405 for lot rent and they won’t even maintain your yard IN the lot rent?"

"Entrance seemed to have stone columns on the left and right, literally right when you're entering the park. But no gate at all. How are the residents supposed to be able to trust anyone ever again? Stone? Hardly. Gate? I don't see one. Seriously this really needs to be investigated but what would they call an investigation about Stonegate? Stonegategate? Wake up and smell the tomfoolery"

"Nice, simple trailer park. Very inexpensive if you have roommates. Pool and basketball goal for fun. Very close to campus, 5 minute drive, 15 minute bike ride."
