"I ordered a picture book on Friday May 13th 2022 to be ready in 4 hours that's the option I was able to choose. So I went on Saturday May 14th around 5:30 p.m. and was told the product wasnt finished that the person that does the books would be in at 7a.m. sunday morning. That employee working at the moment the one I was speaking to doesnt work on Picture books it was a gentleman. So then on Sunday May 15th, I went in to see if photo book was completed by now. It wasn’t I am very upset by this time. Well need less to say it is Monday the 16th 2022 at 9:07am and the finish product I still haven't recieved. Keep in mind I ordered 2 copies of the same photo book 8×11 hard cover for almost $60 dollars at cost and the option I was able to pick was 4 hours pick up. I needed this photo book for a friend that I wanted to hand deliver to them before they moved and they left this morning. Now I will have to mail it to them. I am not satisfied at all it has been a horrible experience."
