"Went to store to get new phone. Surprised no one was in. There were 4 customer reps just sat on their butts chatting and playing games on their phones. We were pounced on by one young guy who asked how he could help. I did not even get chance to look around but luckily I knew what phone I wanted. Must have been the easiest sale of the day My main complaint is that I have to sit down as I have health issues. The other sales reps did not move from the small sitting area. I was given a chair that belonged in the garbage their was ripped with a hole in the seat. Chairs are for customers who need them. The staff should go into the back. Gave me a bad impression.i had to come back for my . as it was not comfortable for me to sit for the 15 minutes it took for the phone data to be exchanged from one phone to the next what ever happened to manners."
"Bryan was so helpful and kind this afternoon. He helped us with numerous issues. Tried his best to fix my fingerprint sensor, and thought he didn't. I restarted my phone and it worked perfectly. Thank you Bryan for your awesome customer service. ETA today July 4th the store was supposed to be open until 6 PM. We pull up at 5:25 and the door is locked. The workers in the store including Bryan would not even acknowledge us. When we knocked 19 minutes later a girl(I guess) came to the window told us they were closed and she could not open the door. You gotta open the door, do you have customers in there. You chose to not take care of customers until the correct closing time, so you now get a 2 star rating."
"Brittany was incredibly helpful! I recently bought new phones from this store last week, but came in today because i had some questions. She was patient, explained everything, improved our plan and bill and made sure i got the best plan while giving me all of our options. It cannot be easy to be between sprint and T mobile while trying to get everything switched over to T mobile and trying their best to appease all customers...but she did a great job. Highly recommend them both. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable."
