"Why the high prices at a donation store?? I can get a new shirt for 5 bucks at Walmart and this new goodwill is selling used donations for 8$. That's pure greedy on the owner. It's free donated stuff! Seriously???"
"Goodwill reopened today. I went in, saw some clothes I was interested in. The dressing rooms are closed. So I asked if I pay for it, go home try it on and it doesn’t fit. Can I bring it back with the receipt to my refund? The manager said no we do not do that. Good will is no longer a good price on their stuff, they got for free. So I’m not paying for something that may not fit, only to send it right back to goodwill for them to make money on again. That’s wrong. While the dressing rooms are closed, why not do a one day refund? With receipt and tags still have to be on it? They have already lost my business and other people was fussing outside door when I left. Do not donate here and do not shop here."
"Found some great items for summer. Got 5 clothing items for $20. Can't beat that anywhere. Store was clean and the employees were so nice."
"It don't take me five minutes before I find three things I like from in here. I have been in a few times and already wear everything I bought from in here. My only issue is that they never really have a wide variety of shorts as they do shirts and jeans. The prices are high for a thrift store, but still cheaper than retail. I will definitely return."
