"I’m going to put this out here. This place always hiring & I know people who has work there & I have never ask why they quit or left. Until now. It’s not the job. It’s the management ( Shelby ). She not a person you can work with. She has let her position go to her head & thinks it’s ok for her to talk down to people & treat them like they are nothing. When people go up there to apply also she pick out the ones she knows she can bully. I use to be a customer there. Until I return something and she wanted me to pay back the back rental lol. No. Not when it mess up. And it took you 2 week to come get it. But besides that. I been in management for many years. And I know how to treat people & employees. This manager needs to be retrain or just does not need to be in management at all. Because this going to run all your customer away. This why lot of customers are going to buddy’s or Arron’s rentals. I’m stating the facts and the truth. NEW UPDATE SHELBY THE MANAGER GOT CALL OUT ON FACEBOOK Then she told my son to come up there 03/4/2024 redo a application, Then she told my son me blasting her on facebook would not help him get the job, Then she told him let her check his work reference and she get back with him and she call and told brandon that his reference give him a bad review that was a lie because we call them and SHELBY never call them she knew she was not giving him the job an I have the proof I think corporate should get involved BECAUSE SHEBLY IS RUNNING THIS PLACE DOWN IN THE GROUND,"

"I have been dealing with this company for 10 plus years. Not once have a ever been told I need to put a deposit down on something they didn't have in the store. But the store in Vidalia ga did. I am shocked. I have bought at least three couches and 2 sets of washer in dryers. Not just for myself but for my handicaps sons place too. All couches was ordered in, do to they didn't have the. In the store. Not once have a been told rudely I had to put a deposit down. I'll be going to Aaron's for now on."

"Furniture was not delivered when promised. When I called I was told “no need to be rude”. Y’all are the ones who didn’t uphold your end of the agreement. Then was told they could still deliver the furniture but would not be able to assemble the furniture the same day. After agreeing to that, I was then told the base did not come with the bed and that it should have been “common sense”. Asked for a refund and then went to Buddy’s. Guess what??? MY BASE CAME WITH THE BED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Definitely will never be a RAC customer again."
