Finally he gets it fixed and then short time afterwards phone says battery not supported We send it to appt to find out the repairs done are the problem I phone 12 Note I will take this review down if it’s made good and free of charge"
"I am a senior citizen with limited technology know how. I took my phone in for a screen replacement repair and was given the usual assurances. I have been waiting weeks, and still don't have my phone back. I did get empty promises and conflicting responses to my queries, from the clerk on duty. I left several requests to speak with the owner, he never returned any calls. UPDATE: Now they say..here's your money back, come pick up your phone, we cannot fix your phone. That is after they wiped out all the info I had stored on my phone. Don't trust them with your phone and with your information stored on it. I will be taking it to another repair shop. More updates are possible."
