Del Taco

"1st time ever eating at Del Taco… ordered fish tacos at drive thru… Taco shells fell apart… had to get a fork… bit into fish & it was hard as a brick & very cold. Was very disappointed. Ended up throwing it out. The only thing good was the cinnamon cheese bites. Won’t be going back."

"My first time visiting a del taco was Opelika and it was a great first experience. The person I assume was the manager took the time out to speak with us while helping a new employee and also delivered our food to the table. It was nice to get treated this way at a fast food restaurant. My family eats here often and always enjoys it. Thank you!!"

"Since their opening, the quality of the food has SIGNIFICANTLY declined. I don’t visit often but of the handful of times I’ve been there since opening, the food has not been great. I consistently get the fish tacos, the fish is almost always burned. Today was by far the worst experience. The tortillas, or whatever they may be, were not at all tortilla like. I don’t even know how to describe them but they were broken before I even picked it up, I had to eat a taco like it was a sandwich. It was just overall not good and to be honest I really did want to eat it based solely off how it looked. The service was not bad, and the prices are fair, I just wish whoever is preparing the food would do a better job."

"We love Del Taco & normally have great experiences at other locations. However this trip was highly disappointing. I placed an OLO at 7:47 pm. I arrived and let them know of my order at the drive through. When I got to the window I was told they would check in my order and I could pull up and they would be out shortly. This was @ 8:05pm. We waited and waited as many cars were serviced after us. We did not receive our food until about 8:30pm. The guy stated they gave us two free tacos for our wait…. After checking our bags we realized that they had given us the two extra tacos but had left out an entire chicken roller. I then also bit into my burrito to find I was given the wrong burrito! Very dissatisfied with this experience and may not return to this location."

"The food came out fast and hot. The Epic Cali Burrito is pretty solid, but that's where my praise ends. We went inside and we had to repeat each item of our order 3-4 times. Anything with chicken is DISGUSTING. It's mushy, flavorless, and watery. The fries are mushy, thick, and bland. Nothing about them tells me you should get a meal. I'm not the biggest fan, but there are things that are good."
