"The manager at this store lies to its customers!!! She went and hid in the back when i came in with a billing issue and refused to help, made her employee handle it (who was confused and needed her help)!! Then same manager told Karen to send us to Hiram store because Hiram could help us fix the bill and issue a credit ( it was confirmed by your store rep at both Hiram and rockamrt that att double billed me without cause to do so). we only went into the store because we kept calling the billing line of the customer service and we’re getting hung up on and no one was assisting us-that happened multiple times, we even called from the store directly and the rep Karen even heard the agents hang up on us!! So when this happened, Karen went back to ask her manager hey how do we get us some help and that’s when the manager said send them to Hiram because Hiram can issue credits. so we went to the Hiram store and spoke to their manager Antoinette and come to find out both stores have the same capabilities.. thus meaning the rockmart store lied to it us to get rid of us. Antoinette said the rockmart store constantly sends people to them because they don’t wanna deal with the issues and take care of their customers !!! The rockmart store manager should be fired!!! Or the att name taken of this franchise store!! I am documenting and recording everything at this point and all involved parties are being documented for providing mis info and contributing to this problem! Do NOT purchase from this store as it is not really a corporate att store !! The Hiram store (which is a corporate store) is fed up with rockmart store and getting their upset customers because the rockmart store lies! Antoinette said it is a daily problem for this store!! And per the Hiram store, the rockmart store messed up something on an upgrade a few weeks back ( i had a phone upgraded on the account) which is what caused this whole billing problem to begin with and due to their screw up that is why i got double billed and they should have been able to fix it .so in retrospect it was the rockmart store and it’s employees that started this whole mess for me so do not, I repeat. Do not buy your phones from this store. this store is to blame for all the inconvenience, headache, and stress/anxiety being caused due to their failure to properly do an upgrade and thus now leading to a very big billing issue!!!! Save yourself this folks and don’t do business here!! I smell lawsuit because of this store!! Att, they carry your name so you are responsible for them and guilty too!! Here is a thought, how about make sure your phone agents don’t hang up on customers!! Guess I’ll be taking my upgrades and the additional line i planned to add somewhere else!! So now because of this store you loose a business account! I’ll be sharing with everyone!!! Including FCC, FTC and BBB"

"It was a pleasant experience to walk into the Rockmart, GA store and be greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable respectful young man. Wish I had gotten his name but I did not. It was about closing time Tuesday May 28. This young man could teach a class on customer service!"
