"Been here many times, last time I was there the shake I ordered was not thick at all. I said I would give it one more chance. Today I was there and had a cookies and cream shake and it was basically milk mixed with oreos. For $7.99? all done with this place."
"The place looked a little gross this last time we visited. It did not appear clean (floors and surfaces), and all of the ice cream looked like it wasn't being kept at a cool enough temperature to keep it from melting. The mixing containers all appeared grimy as well. Not really appetizing to see... The kids liked their ice cream and no one got sick, so that's a plus."
"Ice cream was good although it didn't match what was on the picture on the board. Service was awful though. They are all young teens that act entitled and don't seem to want to help you. I had turned in an item that someone had left behind and the girl gave me the most disgusted look, rolled her eyes and then hesitantly took it. Wouldn't come here if you're looking pleasant or even decent service."
"Ice cream was good, but the mix ins were barely "mixed." Oreo pieces were huge and the cookie dough was only split in half so we had two giant frozen pieces by the time we got to it. Would've enjoyed it more if everything was more evenly incorporated"
"This place has one of the best-tasting ice creams that I have ever had. Even the cone (I had mine in the cup) was delicious. The sweet cream sold out, just as it was our turn in line...I was so crestfallen about that, but the kind employee gave me a small sample to taste. This is the flavor to get! However, I had the dark chocolate flavor and it did not disappoint. I am a sucker for anything dark chocolate and this iteration of ice cream was probably the best I have had in a long time. There were lots of people in line and outside, enjoying the cool summer evening and some ice cream. I will come back again with my wife next time. This place is highly recommended."
