"Went a week before Thanksgiving to place and pay for an order and was told that they didn't accept orders for what we needed and to come at 9:00am on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My husband arrived to a line wrapped around the building and a very rude manager who said you couldn't even get in the store without a reservation and "What do you people think you are doing without a reservation before Thanksgiving." This contradicts both the corporate website and what the employee told us when we attempted to make a reservation."
