"Don’t do it!! Save your tastebuds, time, & money by driving two seconds up the street to Popeyes! I went here today and first things first the speaker is out in the drive thru. You must drive up to the window to order plus wait for food. All I wanted was two drumsticks and a fry. Ended up being asked to pull to the front of the store for food. I waited out front 30 minutes before I came to the conclusion they forgot about me so I went in to see what was taking so long. The staff stated they were waiting for grease to warm for fries to be cooked. I waited 20 more minutes and still no fries. I then asked for another side. Which was given to me and I exit the restaurant. Only to get to the house and realize that my chicken is old old and cold. I didn’t go back and won’t ever be going back. Do what I said way at the beginning of this review please save yourselves!!!"
"I could probably rate their food higher if I ever got a chance to actually try it. In the last three visits, they have been 1) Out of White meat chicken. 2) Closed because they needed to clean the restaurant during lunch hour so the just closed 3) The kitchen was out of order. This is by far the worst run KFC I have ever seen. Its like they are making it up as they go. As a result I no longer trust the safety and quality of the food at this location."
"Probably some of the RUDEST staff I’ve came across! Ordered on the app and went 30 minutes later to pick it up. Walk in, one employee is outside talking, one inside on her phone, and the manager walking around saying nothing. Me and another guy stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes saying hello and NOTHING… a girl finally walks in from talking and asks what we’d like. Due to the staff, dirty restaurant and how the food that was visible looked, I just wanted my money back. I asked for the GM contact and she said no. I asked for the manager on duty. I asked to cancel and when asked why I told her because of all of her staff and the wait. The outside employee then rudely re-interjected herself into my business stating she was “outside on her break, shol was”. Shut this place down. I drove across town to the other KFC."
"I order ahead of time through the app. My food has always been fresh and hot when I pickup. Staff are friendly and the little extra effort makes all the difference."
