"Went through drive thru last night, long ridiculous wait time and since when do food establishments allow employees to wear their hair hanging down their back, I noticed this at Guthrie’s as well. It’s gross and should not be allowed, you never see this at McDonald’s, Chic Fil A etc. Food was decent customer service was good."
"Our chicken nuggets were burnt. Not only did we not receive the correct type of fries (we ordered crinkle cut) the sweet potato fries were so soggy and full of grease that we had to throw them out. The toast was burned on one side and not cooked at all on the other. Never again!"
"I ordered wings with corn nuggets. Mind you, I paid the up charge for them only to get home and have hard, overcooked wings and sweet potato fries (that I don’t even eat). I called back but it was taking the manager a while to get the phone so I hung up. The only reason I didn’t go back is because it started pouring down rain. This wrong order thing has happened a couple of times recently. I try not to hold up the line by checking before I leave but looks like I’m gonna have to start."
