"Ordered online through the app, realized I ordered at the wrong store. App states that you have to call the store. So I did. No one picked up. I’ve been calling the store for 2 hours now trying to cancel the order but it will only ring twice and go straight to a voicemail that isn’t accepting messages Update 07/02/24: 1 week later and still haven’t gotten a refund. No one has reached out. I’ve reached out to corporate but at this point I’ve given up on getting my money back"
"Daytime staff is great. This is the third time I have came to this store. Went tonight at 7:30. The manager was trying to close up. We ordered, got our subs and decided to not eat there considering there was no tea when we even asked for it because we can’t have carbonated drinks. Ordered a buffalo chicken, turkey and chicken bacon ranch. Got the turkey. Which the kids thought was good. Didn’t get a buffalo chicken or chicken bacon ranch. Not even sure what we got. We live over 30 minutes away. Tried to call 5 times before they closed and nobody would answer the phone. If I’m gonna spend $50 for a meal, I would love for it to be correct or at least someone answer the phone. I am a store manager at a local Firehouse Subs and my owner would have been very upset to know that I treated my customers like the were a nuisance when coming in to get dinner! I won’t be back!"
"Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. I wanted a sub I saw on their online menu but they did not have it listed on their menu in store. But they were happy to make it for me, the lady knew exactly what sub I was talking about. Tables inside for eating available. Parking can be an issue as it’s small parking lot that is shared with several other businesses."
"First time ever going to one and it was truly amazing! The staff made sure that I knew what everything was to make a good decision and it was definitely a good decision. I recommend the ‘Italian’ with savory meats and cheese. Definitely get it “Mike’s Way”! I fully recommend."
