"This is the most prompt shipping experience I have ever had with clothing. I never fail to get my choir dresses and tuxes less than a week after the order is placed. For that, they get 5 stars alone. The customer service is also top notch, every person I've ever talked to has either been the most helpful human ever, or has found me the most helpful human ever. The ONLY thing that I've had to learn to navigate are the sizing charts. For my dresses specifically, I've learned to size down at LEAST 2-3 sizes because they run so large. Now that I've figured that little thing out, we're golden. I'll use them as long as they are around!"
"Seems like a scam company, no free shipping and you have to pay return fee by yourself. They put two hangers in your package, that means you have to pay expensive shipping with the weight. With the price around $70-100, the fabric and cutting is ready bad, and a performance dress without lining is so cheap. I think most of the clients will return it, you will lose about $30, also it will take 2-3 weeks to send you a return credit memo email, I hope I can get my money back!"
"I ordered dresses for our ensemble at the beginning of November 2019 and was told production times were 3-5 weeks for custom orders. After 4 calls in January 2020 I was finally told they do not have the fabric to make our dresses and they have known it since early December. Loaner dresses were sent but they do not go with the suits that were also purchased from Southeastern. This is my first time purchasing from this company and it may be my last."
